- Any licensed real estate agent or broker in Florida. If your client has a commercial need that falls outside your expertise, send it my way.
- What is the referral fee?
- Referral fees are negotiated per deal, but I pay competitive industry-standard rates. We agree on terms before I engage with your client.
- How does the process work?
- Fill out the referral form with your client's details. I will contact you within one business day to discuss the opportunity, agree on referral terms, and take it from there. You stay informed throughout.
- Will you try to take my client?
- No. Your client is your client. I handle the commercial transaction and pay the agreed referral fee. I do not poach relationships — that is not how I operate.
- What if the deal does not close?
- If the deal does not close, no fee is owed. Referral fees are paid at closing only.
